Raw food when referencing health foods is a new ‘diet’. The food standards of Australia only recognise raw when talking about meats (i.e. fish or chicken) Because there is no legislation or governing body, the definition becomes, well sometimes muddy.
Currently, the temperature defining raw can be anything from 30°C to 45°C. And so, all of the products listed below are within this range. Some of our products are not raw and there are various reasons for this, all of which can be found in the FAQ page or within the product description.
