CASHING IN YOUR POINTS

Your points never expire. Which means that you can cash them in as you reach each little milestone or save them up for a rainy day, for a special occasion or to get some awesome exclusive merchandise to enhance your healthy journey. To check your points, Sign-in. Your account will be keeping a tally and let you know how many you have and how many you need to reach your next reward. Below are some example rewards, when you've logged into your account you will be able to see the exclusive offers just for members.

When you decide to cash them in, you just need to make sure that you're signed in and you'll be able to select your exclusive offer at the checkout. EASY!

The Vitality rewards program is a membership program that rewards you, our customers, for purchasing our products, ultimately helping you promote your own Vitality.
As a Member you will receive points for;

the initial set up of your account,
purchases,
referrals, and
social activity,

As well as;

exclusive offers,
exclusive merchandise,
have access to new products first, and
bonus points for spreading the love of our products, becoming a member of our tribe and living The Grove Life.

As you earn points you can then choose to cash them in for the offers in your Exclusive Member area, these include; money off at the checkout, merchandise and event tickets.

Anyone can sign up to the Vitality rewards program and earn points.

The rewards program is FREE to sign up and you receive 200 Welcome Points when you sign up (applied once per person). Further points are then accrued based on your activity.

Nope. No limitations. Some of our merchandise requires quite a few points, the more points you earn the closer you get to the awesome reward you have your 'hawk eye' focused on.

As you earn more points you are able to use them against items in the rewards area of your account. This can be for money off purchases, merchandise or tickets to events. They can be used against anything in our online store, unless otherwise indicated. For example;

500 points = $5 Off Coupon
1,000 points = $10 Off Coupon (minimum spend $90)
2,000 points = $20 Off Coupon (minimum spend $100)
650-10,000 points = Redeemable Against Merchandise

Unfortunately not. Your points remain in individual accounts and are non-transferrable.

Yes yes this sounds obvious, but we have all done it with our wayward fingers, so, please do the obvious and check that your email and password have been entered correctly, you don't have CAPS lock on or your putting in a password for something else - I too have been guilty of this.
We suggest that you keep your login and password safe so that you can check you have the right one.
